4am

salam :)

today is a very sleepy day for me, i think because i played mommy last night i guess, jaga anak buah yg berumur nak masuk 3 tahun bukanlah sesuatu yang mudah ye. luckily he was asleep quite early last night, but then sleeping with him was like going on an adventure. lasak bukan main. i think one quarter of the bed was conquered all to himself. pity me haha. and at 4 in the morning, he suddenly woke up and bugged me to make him susu, being the lazy and sleepy me, i tried to distract him by pretending to go downstairs, hid for awhile with my eyes half opened, then went back in just to find him looking at my empty hands for his bottle. aiyaaaa, seemed like i lost to him after all, sleepily i went downstairs anyway.

funnily, my grandma who happens to be staying at my house this month, thought that it's already subuh time and asked me to fill her water bottle with hot water, thinking to start the day already.

sleepily i went back upstairs, gave izz his milk, and closed my eyes. before i drifted further into my deep slumber, i stole a quick peek at izz to check on him, and in that sleepiness, to my surprise, izz was looking at me dozing off with a big smile on his face, or a grin. i'm not sure but i know that it made me forget all my grumpiness of having to wake up at 4am. such a cheeky kid i tell ya, at freaking 4am, yet he can still flash that funny grin at me, i guess maybe i looked like sayur already (it's 4am) at that time.

and what's even funnier, my mom told me that she knew i was downstairs for the milk and me melayan my grandma but she pretended like she didn't hear a thing, leaving me alone doing all the late night 'chores'.
