The ignorants part 1

Security guards are now more than just a 'security' guard, they now have even more 'interesting' duties such as making life hard for students and standing tall and proud in their uniforms to push people around as they want. Why can't they just limit their duty to only ensuring security, and make it easier for students to come and study without worries and hardship when that can exactly be done if they really think about the students? Guards, who guard the universities, and the admin of universities, specifically this one in shah alam with the biggest volume of students, tend to give all the benefits to the staffs only and it's obvious. They grant access to most parking lots to only staffs and provide the students with a parking lot that is way far from classes and even have to ride the bus first to actually reach the class. Dahlah kene duduk luar, for those naik bas dah ada their own hardship, for those who drive their cars, kene face this kind of problem pulak. Dahlah students can't be late for classes, but the staffs and lecturers who won't be scolded for being late tu yang dapat all the facilities. We won't really mind if it's fair to us students, but considering our hardship everyday, and how no one seems to understand our situation, that just makes us see this institution like a failure and like a place we are not even looking forward to go everyday. We pay for our tuition fees, though it's not much like other universities, but we do pay for it. Seeing how the students are treated this way, got me thinking, don't they need us to provide them for their monthly salaries? My lecturer once said, we the students are the customers or clients of the university, and customers bring in money when customers pay for the services (tutoring) provided by them. To ensure the inflow of money, customers are the most important. Customers first, so they say. So why did something like this happening to us, and got us even more frustrated each day? I guess they are just too ignorant, knowing that the students will still go for their services. The sad thing is, they fail to show how much they care about us :(
